The fine print
Privacy policy
This policy covers solawave.skin. It explains what we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it. It does not cover the shop checkout, which has its own notices at the point of payment.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you submit. When you browse, our server may log the page requested, the time, and a truncated IP address for security and error diagnosis.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and which are ignored. We do not load optional analytics until you accept them, and you can switch them off through Cookie settings in the footer.
How we use it
We use contact details to answer your message and, if you ask, to look up an order. We use page-level analytics to improve navigation and copy. We do not sell personal information.
Who sees it
Our customer care team and the service providers that host the site and deliver email can see the information needed to do those jobs. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider and never reach this site.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months so we can follow up on the same question. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may also ask what categories of information we collect and disclose. Email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted a message, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use information, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note the change on this page.
